2017 CAMP & Swim Team Registration opens MARCH 6, 2017

Directions for Registration
- Ensure your household has purchased a Parks & Rec Season Pass for 2016.
- Register each child individually by completing the Swim Team and Camp Registration Form. (See top of page underneath Registration Tab.)
- Select and choose which camp sessions and/or swim team option on the respective payment pages. Click the "Add to Cart" option under the corresponding session/ swim team.
- Go to shopping cart and pay. (Registration is not complete until payment has been submitted.)
- Camp: Drop off immunization records and Camp Release Form at Southside Place City Hall. (This only applies ot new campers or those whose records have updated in the last year.)
- Swim Team: Sign up for at lest two volunteer positions using the link under the Swim Team Information tab.
- Swim Team: Late registration (after May 13th) will incur a late fee of $25 per swimmer.
